Match Talent supports international talents in Germany to find the best 100% funded educational programmes. Our free 1:1 counselling helps identify the best course for you that will start your journey to the skills and jobs of the future.
Government-funded educational programmes
One option to finance your educational programme is through 100% government-funded educational voucher (Bildungsgutschein). How does it work? We guide international talents in finding the best certified and high-quality courses sponsored by the German government. Anyone who is registered with the Jobcenter/Agentur für Arbeit or in the process and unemployed (or soon to be) in Germany is potentially eligible.
Match Talent is an initiative by Lingoda in collaboration with Kiron.

About Match Talent
Match Talent is an initiative by the online language school Lingoda in collaboration with the NGO Kiron Open Higher Education, which supports international talents free of charge. Our individual approach and extensive expertise in supporting internationals in professional qualification and integration in Germany has already helped around 200 talents to build a better career path!
